If playback is choppy:
- Confirm that you're using a computer that's fast enough to view high quality Internet video. We recommend a recent Intel or AMD processor and at least one gigabyte of RAM. Macs with PowerPC processors often have trouble playing back Flash video;
- Confirm that your computer isn't currently doing anything else that is CPU or bandwidth intensive. Video rendering, peer-to-peer downloading and similar tasks can hog system resources that would otherwise be used for video playback.
If playback is frequently interrupted by "buffering" complete the following steps before contacting support:
- Verify that you are on a fast enough connection to view the video without buffering. A general rule of thumb is that you need 1mbps to 1.5mbps of available bandwidth to watch high quality Internet video. Try a speed test;
